It depends on the baby. Every baby is different. Feeding on demand is the only way to figure it out.

This totally depends on how old the infant is and how big they are and how much they eat. Each baby is so different. I would say 0-3 months 4 oz every 3-4 hours. 3-6 months . . . . 4-6 oz every 4 hours and 6-9 months at least 6-8 oz every 4 hours (or longer). 9-12 months . ... 8 oz bottles. At this point (and even younger - around 6 months) you can start the baby foods so their whole feedings should not be solely formula.
If you are new to this like I was a little over a year ago, rely on cues from your baby. They will definitely let you know when they are hungry! So, if you've fed them too little and it's not been 3-4 hours you can try to add another 2 oz to their bottle. Or if they have had too much they may spit up a lot.
You can also check the internet for websites.
Try and google Gerber, Pampers, Huggies, Enfamil and Similac and see what comes up.
Hope this helps . . . .

Until the baby is not hungry anymore. How much is that? That depend on the baby and whether or not s/he is in a growth spurt. Caloric intake can nearly double during a growth spurt. If the baby sucks down a whole bottle in 30 seconds, s/he will probabll want more. If the baby just plays with it then s/he has probably had enough.

depends on their age I would fix a 4oz bottle for a baby under 6mo and let them drink as much as they want and store it and offer again for about an hour. Over 6mo I would do 6oz and the same pattern offer it then store undrunk formula and offer again within the hour. 9mo I would offer 8oz. If at any age they drink all that is offered I would fix 2 more oz and offer that and continue to fix 2 more oz and offer until the baby drinks no more.

You should be getting this info from your doctor.... but just incase you are babysitting.... infants (newborn-4mo) usually take a bottle every 2-6 hours and eat 2-6 oz @ a time.

Usually about 2-3 ounces every 2-3 hours but let them eat as much as they will take. They do not know how to overeat. My month old eats 5-8 oz every 3-4 hours.

Babies have internal mechanisms to let them know when they need to eat. Its best to feed on demand rather than make the child stick to some preconceived schedule. I didnt see you mention your childs age but you can go to the Similac website and it will give you some guidelines about what to expect in terms of how much to feed and how often based on averages.

Be a little bit more specific...How old is the baby? Generally a newborn should be fed every few hours. Breast milk/formula

That all depends on how old the baby is. If the baby's already there you should know the answers to these kinds of questions. See a doctor.
