where do you look to determine if she is skinny?

i personally look at someone's thighs b/c that's the part where im fat. people think im really skinny just because i have a really tiny waist and a flat chest.

okay. some people said face some people said tummy, but I have a chubby face and totally flat stomach with hip bones sticking out, almost flat chest (poor me), chubby arms and fat legs, would I still be considered skinny then? lol

Someones waist. The most unhealthy fat is always on love handles, stomach.
If you have a tiny wait but bigger thighs or legs, that is healthy fat.

You should determine if the person is skinny or not by looking at their overall body. I am an average weight person who is pretty much skinny all around, but I have fat that's mostly in the stomach.

I look at the stomach, because that's where the fat usually is. Most people do not have very skinny stomachs, so most people are not skinny to me. However, I do notice when someone has fat thighs.

if i can see bones protruding anywhere on your body you are too thin. i.e your collar bone, the bumps on your spine that run up your back, your rib cage, your hip bones if you wear low rise jeans. it isn't any one spot, but those are the major areas.the places that bug me the most are your back and your hip bones.
