It depends partly on whether you pronounce it as two syllables or three (that is, whether the e before the r is pronounced).

Assuming the latter - there is no PERFECT rhyme --in which all the sounds from the accented vowel (i) to the word's end match (that is which also ends in "-iberal"). But there are some decent "near" rhymes, in which the vowels and final consonant match. Try:

literal, litteral, littoral
mineral
pickerel
visceral

If you pronounce it "LIB-rul", try:

dribble
cymbal, symbol
hymnal
civil, drivel, swivel
cripple, ripple
brittle, fiddle, gridle, little, middle, spital, riddle, whittle
dimple, pimple, simple, wimple
nimble, thimble
dwindle, kindle, spindle, swindle
mingle, single, shingle
fickle, nickel, pickle, sicle tickle trickle
giggle, squiggle
chisel, drizzle, fizzle
dismal
minstrel
