because economy market is overheating and there are some problem with loans to buy houses, many of them are overcome portfolio.

Hmm, I think it might have to do with the fact that it has become highly apparent that our country is being led by a complete and utter imbecile.
Other reasons:
The housing market collapse
High oil/gas prices
All our money is being sunk in the war; very little is going to support the infrastructure of the country
We've borrowed to the hilt; after a certain point your creditors (other countries) fear loaning you more. The very fact that you needed to borrow so much makes them question the solvency of your economy. When the economy is in question, the value of your currency drops.
