OK. This is the fourth level, the s orbital and that should be ml ( subscript l) the first s orbital.

So, two electrons maximum.

seems like none. If I remember the sequence right, n is the level of the outermost sub-shell, m identifies the type sub-shell, and l identifies a specific orbital in m sub-shell. zero is not allowed for a habitable orbital.
