Yes! I support the troops and their mission. You can NOT be supportive of the troops if you do not believe in a mission that THEY believe in.
If all you weenies think that fighting extremists in our own streets is better than fighting them in a sand box I want you to make damn sure your in the front lines at your local school or mall when their perfect day arrives.

The troops are doing a job they volunteered for and for which they have no options. For that commitment I do support them. However, this 'protect freedom' stuff is getting very old. Exactly whose freedom are they protecting? You seriously believe that winning or losing the war in Iraq will determine whether the US remains a free nation? If you do then you have swallowed the Bush propaganda BS wagon whole heartedly.

What a joke. Are you really that ignorant that you think we are in Iraq to "protect freedom?"
I support the troops by trying to get them back home and out of harms way. How do you support them? A yellow ribbon sticker the back of your car?

I support parts of the mission other parts Im still unsure about. I have several personal friends who are in the military who either are or have served in Iraq as well as Afghanistan and pretty much every one of them also have the same feelings regarding the mission in front of them...they just do what they are told through their chain of command because its their job, so dont argue about it. I think its ok to question aspects of anything that puts lives in danger. I strongly support our troops they do a kick ass job...thanks guys and ladies!
Like my one buddy said...as long as people remember them and recognize them or are concerned about them...he considers it support.

That is your opinion. Really that is Rush Limbaugh's opinion and you are mouthing it. I DO support the troops, and I DID support the mission when it was to take down Saddam. Since no one knows what the hell the mission is anymore, you and Rush do not know what in the hell you are talking about when you spout such ignorance. Or, as your leader Rush would put it, " you are not intelligent enough to discuss it! "

Our country was not founded on an idea of blind alliegence
Thats what Britan wanted and we didn't give it to them
I support the troops by trying to bring them home away from danger and so that they are not pawns in a neo-con world.
And hey all you neo-cons out there thanks for supporting the troops with: no body armor, faulty humvees, no exit plan, oh yeah that's right the neo-cons aren't the ones doing the actual fighting. Cheny got four deferments to prevent him from serving in Vietnam.
So don't tell me you have to be a neo-con a$$&%* to support the troops. I want them home and I think that that is support!!!

That is an either/or fallacy and utter nonsense. Its how the right has tried to stifle dissent on this issue from the beginning and I refuse to play.
Protect freedom - what a crock of shit.
I support the troops and think Iraq is an obscenity that must end - the sooner the better because I don't want to see any more of them die for conservative fantasies of empire.

I support the mission and I am darn thankful that we have
men and women brave enough to volunteer to do the dangerous job of protecting our country and freedom-loving people around the world.
For the idiots who can not understand our place in the world,
I suggest you pick up one of John McCain's POW books and find out what it really means to sacrifice for your country.
