It is worth around $16.75 that is about what a dealer would pay. The guy with the $15 is close enough but he is an error collector and belonging to an organization only means he pays his dues. I hope you checked for a mint mark it is on the eagle side near the bottom under the wreath. If it has one it is worth more. The value given is about what a dealer would pay.

just a plain 1886 is basically $15. If its an 1886-O, its around $200.
