She is guilty of illegal entry, trespassing, destruction of property and theft. (If you can call eating porridge "theft", that is).

I am Goldilocks's Attorney and I would like to say She did knock on the door and the door just happen to open by its self. Now the 3 bears live in a shifty part of the forest and there had be 3 cases of this already that no one knew about. So the bears should of known to lock their doors.
And there was sign on the floor that said Welcome so I rest my case.

Technically she'd be guilty of illegal entry (If my memories correct, the bears left the door unlocked, so breaking and entering wouldn't apply. Not to mention, their insurance might give them a hard time.) She'd also likely be guilty of petty theft (porriage eating) and possibly mischief.

The Bears would certainly have a case.

Not the best disguise for a burglar ...
Blonde hair bouncing around.
She didn't go there with intent to steal or damage.
Actually, things that have easy to open doors with food just inside are called traps.
It was the Papa bear's hunting technique to lure a human inside, trigger the calapsable chair to warn the bears someone is inside the trap, and then corner her in a bedroom.
Notice also, she is the only one to ever excape and tell of that type of trap.
Get a forensic team to their garbage dump for DNA samples of the bones there.
