Save gas money NO! You will spend all you money on the stinking camel and then when you decide that was a bad idea you wont have any money to put gas in your car.

That's a splendid idea.
The problem is, whether or not allow by the authority. If allow well and good. My suggestion is a bicycle. That's absolutely permits by the authority at any place. That's a total saving of gas.
