The BEST answer.
Check with your States local DMV / DOT. I can pretty guaranty the answer is no.
Pocket rocket were outlawed because they could not meet DOT standards.
They head light must be a particular height that your Pocket rocket mini bike can not meet.

Your best bet is to buy you a Yamaha YSR50 the only street legal “mini” in all 50 States. It considered a moped; buy does not come close to looking or driving like one. Built and sold in 1988 or so. The only problem they are hard to find and can run up to $3000.

another Choice: I had a 1985 Honda MB-5 when I was a teen and love it. It too was a fast street fighter looking bike. But only had 50cc. two stroke. I got a 70 mils per gallon.. lol

I would love to have it not that gas is $3.00 per gallon.

pocket bikes are illegal for street use in ALL states. it will never be street legal. when will u kids ever wake up. there will never be a street legal pocket bike in the states. ride it on the street at own risk, just be aware that it is subject to immediate confiscation on sight, and u will be looking at multiple tickets.

Don't bother... There's nothing you can do to a pocket (mini) bike to make it street legal.

It IS illegal to play with toys in the street.
