When something is 'scattered' it is all over the place. If your scatter brained, your mind is probably all over the place and you can't focus on one thing.

I often got here upon that creativity stems from random recommendations interlinking to form a greater suitable one. it must be an excellent and undesirable element as soo many different issues in existence. can be an endearing high quality. i might say in the experience that your clever for the main area with random recommendations it may be an excellent element, else it is going to be something you should artwork on.
