Why is there so much jealousy in the world?

Because one person has what another wants , one nation has what another wants. Greed is a natural human emotion that if unchecked will lead to far greater catastrophes especially if you combined it with a jealous attitude and one that has a feeling of nothing to lose.
Some people have talent and some are born with a silver spoon in their mouth, and some have more connections than others and get all the big breaks. Some people have a natural tendency to luck out and others no matter how hard they try end in failure. It all goes back to the beginning when Eve bit the apple and Adam bit it too. Man was jealous of God and wanted to be a god or God and were not satisfy with Paradise itself so they took the way of hardship and death.If people would be happier with their lot in life that have enough then there would be less jealousy. Then again some people are spoiled and desire to keep up with the Smith's and Jones in an aura of covetousness which going with an insatiable desire for greed coupled with jealousy leads to destruction of body and soul.
