smoking in the bars & clubs-unless the owner chooses a non-smoking bar & loose alot of buisness. (when I drink, I can't go outside constantly or every min.)

I'm probably going to get a lot of thumbs down for this but i think they should legalize a small amount of marijuana where people could carry that amount on them for personal use only.
