in my opinion:
1. Macho Man vs Flair ( not long but classic, remember the pics Flair had of Ms. Elizabeth)
2. Raven vs Tommy Dreamer ( early ECW )
3. Hart vs HBK ( DX vs Hart Foundation, Iron man match, and infamous screwjob, I miss those early days of RAW is WAR ).

Stone Cold vs. The Undertaker - the story lines, the subplots, the burying allive, this was a classic series
Sting vs. Big Van Vader - This was a great series also, I remember when sting picked him up, I was a kid, this was amazing.
Then you can't have a fued list without including the Scott Hall and Kevin Nash vs. the WCW - probably one of the best bits of writings in wrestling history with ultimately Hogan turning heel.

Out of the three you listed, I would definitely pick Hart vs HBK. That gave some classic matches, and both those guys could put on one hell of a fight. I don't know what my all time favourite is, I would have to think about it, but that one is up there.

It was ranked the best Match of that year, so I am gonna go with Benoit vs. HBK vs. HHH. It was a fued between HBK and HHH but Benoit got in on it and it was a Three way Dance for the world title. I watched it, and it was amazing.

my opinion?
Raven vs The Sandman-the whole son and wife stealing feud
Razor Ramon vs HBK-which produced the single greatest ladder match of all time
LOD vs Demolition-to see who the best face painted tag team was
The Rock vs SCSA-this feud made WWF what it is today
and just because
NWO black and white vs NWO wolfpac-because the NWO ran WCW so it was nice to see something interesting instead of everyone on the roster join the NWO

Hart vs HBK was classic and it represented everything raw was for, but if I had to pick any feud, It would definately, Hands down, No questions asked....
