I don't understant it, either. I can't see how the bill of rights was ever supposed to offer protection against fear, let alone absolute protection. My guess is that your loony-left liberal proff (as most of them are), is fishing for some anti-Bush baloney. Ramble on a bit about how the Patriot Act took away your rights, mention terrorims as fear mongering, maybe even throw in "Bush Lied, People Died," if you can manage it without sounding too corny.

Should be an easy A.

Of course, if you have a rare conservative instructor, you'll want to take a different aproach.
