Where do you live? Guys that live around here aren't like that at all.
Most of them wear dirty tee-shirts and jeans with holes in them, will have some dental problems, lack ambition to exercise and take care of their health and could use a shower.
The "cover-alls" are a staple for most males, boots covered with dirt and dung are left at the door to the house and the TV is always blaring.
The "American guy" you describe is about as realistic as those runway models being the girl next door.....
Maybe I should ask,

I think Bandit Keith from Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged Series. He had an american flag bandana and said "in america" after everything he said, it was pretty funny.
