Peter Frampton's Baby, I Love Your Way is a friggin' classic one for the ladies. The Plain White T's Hey There Delilah is pretty good as well.

Well, that would all depend on what type of music she's in too, but personally I would have to say It's Been A while or Kryptonite by Staind. There both good songs and they aren't too hard to play either. Now, if you sing the song while playing the guitar they'll be beggin to get with you. lol

a guy played 'Ask Me' by The Smiths for me on his guitar once. It...was very swoon-worthy. It didnt hurt that he's an amazing guitarist either.
what about "the one you really love" by the Magnetic Fields? it's absolutely perfect. (and it's already an acoustic guitar friendly song)
maybe something by Jonathan Richman or Buddy Holly
I would be totally weak in the knees if a guy played something by Buddy Holly for me.
good luck!
