why look older, enjoy being young, before you know it your gonna be trying to look younger. Believe me when i say, youth is the shortest time of your life, if you still look like a frosh, then jump up and down and praise god for good DNA!

Oh girl i am in the same situation as you. Im 17 and 5'1. my bra is BARELY an A...I know how you feel. This is what I do (if it's not what youre looking for thats ok, everyones looks correspond differently to different techniques!)
for my face, I use a bronzer that I start on my cheeks with ( pull it down towards your neck and blend evenly) then my chin, nose and forehead (careful not to do it too dark) then i apply a little blush to my cheeks chin and forehead. I wear eyeliner on my bottom lid and mascara. Thats all I wear. A good idea for your hair is to put rollers in your hair (I have the type that heat up) when you put them in, lightly hairspray and leave in for about 2 hours (if in a hurry, a blow dryer works to speed up process)
as for clothes:
Pants= good look on your butt :] tight but not cutting off circulation
shirts should fit (dont feel you cant wear a shirt because you are under developed (if you are small chested like me)) snuggly, but not too tight.
and try to stay away from "princess" colors..sometimes its good to go neutral/plain (but dont cut bright colors out completely)
you can look on my myspace if you want...idk if i look older than I am..

i hope something i said helps you out
but you know-you dont have to look older..looking young would be a good thing ya know :] for the future

Try darkening your hair (but not like gothic freak dark just a subtle brown will do). Don't go heavy on the makeup just to look older...that's how you end up looking like a tramp!

A shorter "trendy" hairstyle and neutral makeup will make you look older without looking trashy or like you're trying to hard. Also well groomed eyebrows works.

try wearing more sophisticated clothing, straight pants (almost wide legged) rather than tight/skinny jeans. Try to wear heels or demure flats rather than sneakers. if you carry a book bag, a nice tote/oversized handbag would look more mature. coordinate your outfits more according to style than color, a blue hoodie matches everything yes, but a navy scarf or blazer matches everything and looks more mature. you could also consider a shorter haircut, if you get one that is flattering enough, it is a GUARANTEE for you to look older. Hope this helps!!

Dress classically and elegantly. Don't follow trends. Avoid the Junior department. Speak with class, no slang or swearing.

That's tough I'm 21 and I look like I'm in high school still. If you don't already, I suggest carrying a purse. It shows that you have your own money to tote around, and a lot of young girls don't carry purses all the time so it would help to set you apart.

Get a haircut. Shorter hairstyles will make you look a bit older.

Count your blessings. You may want to make sure you are wearing age appropriate clothing. Get your hair styled and wear some make up--lip gloss, mascara and a little light colored blush.
