Look out for the following:
1) They want to use the Internet at weird times (early morning, late at night). When you enter the room, they turn the PC screen off, or minimize the screen on email software.
2) They delete all their incoming/outgoing text messsages, or now talk out of the house when their phone rings.
3) They 'slip up' and call you an affectionate name they never have before. E.g ''love'' or 'babe'' - when you've never been called this.
4) They show a new dis-interest in you, or things you used to enjoy doing together as a couple. Walks, socialising with your normal friends, going out together...
5) Lack of interest in wild sex, but still engage in usual sex in order not to 'blow their cover'.
6) Coming out with viewpoints that are not usual, or totally out of character (because these viewpoints are from their 'new' person influencing them about your bad points that he/she tells them about behind your back!).
7) Having more showers, going out more, or encouraging you to go out on your own - anything to spend LESS time with you and get a chance to talk on their phone/pc so you don't know.
8) Implying that you always argue, fight - when you hardly ever do and you actually get on really well - or did.
9) Claiming that they need 'space' or 'time away for the weekend to clear their head' - when they are actually arranging time away with their secret lover. Another classic - driving lessons, night classes or a 'train journey' to a totally boring event you'd never want to attend together.
10) Making you feel guilty for things you've never said, or not said maliciously to him/her - that are now suddenly brought up in conversation as 'evidence' that you two don't get along any more.

I definatly dont think that you should go and have you friend spy on them. They are bound to get caught. Like the girl above said, you can try simple things like rushing out of work a little faster and coming home. If you dont live together it will be a bit trickier but you can try things like paying close attention to the way they say things. If you ask them where they are and they take more than normal amount of time to answer than you should get a little suspisious. I hope it turns out that they arent cheating on you!!

You probably wont truly know unless you catch them in the act. Treating you differently is a clue. Are they out later than they used to be. On the phone secretly. One way to find out is hit redial on your phone and see what shows up. Set up your messenger where it saves all messages. Have a friend follow them around. Come home from work earlier than normal. Good luck.

I suppose the only way of truly knowing is if you walk in on them an catch them in the act.
Or you could just ask them.

You wouldn't believe the statistics on that though , they say if you suspect your being cheated on ,,, 98% of the time you are , I would have never guessed that ,,
