C2H4(g) + H2O(g) → CH3CH2OH(l)

Molar mass of C2H4: 28.05 g/mol
Molar mass of CH3CH2OH: 46.07 g/mol
4.6g*(46.07/28.05) = 7.6g

4.7/7.6 = 62%
