Not really a dish, but I would have to say:

Thanksgiving is not Thanksgiving without my Nap.

Mashed Potatoes if they're real, and not store-bought.

I'm honestly not really a fan of the typical Thanksgiving side-dishes like Yams, and Stuffing.

my favorite dish would be my mom's cornish hens. we stopped making turkey because it took too long & everybody was tired of having to peek into the oven every 5 minutes for hours.

Gravy, I could make a meal out of gravy, it's a southern thing........I just love gravy. I wait all year for gravy, unless I'm having grits then I can have gravy outside of a holiday dinner, otherwise it's just to fattening!
