Ok are ya ready for the easiest answer? Ive done this same thing. Here's how I make it go bye bye:
Grab your iron and extension cord if need be.
Put a few paper towels over the wax.
Iron that headache away.
Done.
(the wax will absorb into the towel, ya may have to use more than a few of course, so keep them rotating.)

Heat the wax with a torch to melt the wax. Before the wax hardens - use a pressure washer and blast the melted wax before it hardens to the concrete.

put it on fire and let it melt again. then just pick it up with a tissue or pressure wash it away. or try a chisel.
