some people are just so successful at what ever they do, and keep on being successful yet others who try hard, never succeed? Can people be born unsuccessful and successful?

Well, you see it all the time. There are the super successful who make a lot of money and seem to have it all [they don't]. And then, there are those who get by well. Then those who get by modestly. And on and on.
I am a firm believer that it's in the decisions that people make. And those who work really hard at it but keep failing are those who are not taking the time to understand why they MIGHT be failing.
I think anybody has the potential to be successful, they just might not be very good at making the right decision towards that. And you CAN be born to not be a good decision maker. I've seen people do some stupid stuff and I think, why would you do that?
I even have a friend who hardly has any money, lives at home with her mom and has a son that she's raising. But, she chooses not to work that much, so can she complain about being successful if she's choosing not to get out there and make money? No.
Does that make any sense.

I think sometimes the reason we are not successful is because we are not doing what we are supposed to be doing, I love to play basketball, I can give it my all but at 5'6 I am not going to get very far. Sometimes we have to step back and slow down and what ever we are good at will come thru, not everybody canbe MJ, I have found that I love helping people and now I am doing alot of volunteer work. I love that feeling of making others smile, it doesn't pay of course, but I am rich in smiles, my job now just supports what I really like to do. Good Luck and God Bless!!

falling down doesn't make you a failure, but staying there does. successful people are aware of this. they do not waste their time pondering on the lost opportunity, on their failures. instead, they start again and this time they just have to do better. people can be successful in their lives if they wanted to. we have the power of free will. we make choices. and when you have a vision for your life, you know where you'll be at the end of the road for everything that you will do shall be aligned to your vision.

Nope. People are just people. No lucky stars, no gifts, no nothing.
Successful people fail all the time, the just don't talk about the failures, they are too busy planning the next event.
