It's for a girl: Ariana Joy

I like the first name. It's simple yet underused and pleasing to the ear. However, Joy is too plain jane for someone you love. The idea of naming a child after a characteristic is great at first, until it wears thin and reveals its unoriginality over the ensuing years.
Ariana is a good start, but keep along those same lines for the middle name, or perhaps a family name, as few will ever know the middle name.

It's a cute name but, think about it, what if the baby girl grows up to be the opposite of joy, maybe you can take out Joy but keep 'Ariana.'

I love the name Ariana! Joy is also very nice but how about Arianna Rose or Arianna Nevaeh? Good Luck :)

It's very very sweet for a baby girl. Just be sure it is a name that can grow with her. Try imagining her in each stage of her life with the name. Will she like it? Will it fit with her age?

Ariana is becoming more popular - but still not common. She could even be called AJ
