i currently have sprint. and they SUCK BAD, they always changing the bills, and rates and try to screw me. the customer service is terrible, i can't understand a single word of what they saying, and always just want to get rid of you, and top of that, they always give you the wrong information. they don't send out the bill. and when i call to ask they tell me certain amount and i go pay, and then my phone get shut off. and i call back again and they tell me i had to pay more and i was given the wrong info. this is the THIRD time it happen. and top of that i went to europe and saw this cool Nokia phone. i called sprint BEFORE i purchased it and asked if it will work with sprint. they said yes, i asked again, they said yes, i asked what kind of Nokia you work with they said every kind. so i bought it and brought it back with me, only when i went to the store they said i was given wrong info! so its not a complain, i just want to warn the people out there of Sprint.

Wow, that is some bad luck.

We have had our sprint cell phones for over 6 years. They give us a military discount and they give us a discount for having military insurance (usaa) and sprint together. My bill has never changed and it always comes the same time every month. The one time I had a problem I complained and I got almost $150 in credit from them.

Good luck with your next cell provider.

What a shame that you've had such problems with Sprint. My husband and I have had Sprint for 5 years and have never had any problems like that.

Choose another provider that works for you!

They did these kind of tricks with me too... And I went to Nextel and now they have bought out Nextel in which is starting to be the same way.
So needless to say might be better to up front pay them the contract fee and get out because they are always going to jerk you around.
