December 2012

Well , lets not disdain the whole issue without checking out the basic facts. This prediction isn't done by Nostradamus , it was done by Maya about 2300 years ago . Maya were a group of adept astrologers who predicted of such a disaster would fall in the winter for the major world (Upper Hemisphere). The only universally accepted knowledge and language today is Mathematics. So we have a task of proving this disaster mathematically. Why the number 21-12-2012 ? The numbers 21 & 12 are mirrors of each other , which indicate symmetry or justification. why 2012 ? 20 + 1+2 = 23. 2/3=0.666666666666.....666 is the devil's number. The next question that arises is that whether the term 'World coming to an end' necessarily mean the destruction of life ? ...'World coming to an end' could also mean a change in the current working system of the human life to allow a different force or follow a different way of life ...What does this mean ? ...In simple terms...the first act of the 'AntiChrist'....The reign that every astrologer has been talking about will finally come in colors.

In either 3 to 4 billion years (collision of our galaxy with the Andromeda galaxy) or 5 billion years (our Sun will become a red giant).

In December 2012 will simply be the end of a calendar period: the first of five Mayan Long Counts comes to an end and the second Long Count will begin (each Long Count being over 5000 years). It's a bit like Y2k, when all the computers exploded and we all died.

Dec 21, 2012

Or April 16, 2880 when an asteroid is expected to hit earth.

These are just predictions or possibilities.

The certain end is about 4 billion years from now, when the sun has exhausted its supply of Hydrogen and begins to burn Helium. The energy increase of this last hundred million year gasp of the sun will consume the inner planets including the earth.

I did quite a bit of research on the internet and came to the conclusion that the world will not end for trillions of years, but that means for it to be completely non-existent, like a black hole. If you're talking about human extinction, I think we're thousands of years from that reality despite the 2012 hype. The Mayans did not say 2012 will be the end of the world, its simply the end of their calendar. Ask a respectable archaeologist. If you're worried about the poles reversing on our planet in the year 2012 and cause Armageddon, don't be, this is another misconception. It is the sun's poles that will reverse. In fact, they've reversed many times in our lifetime. Even if the poles do reverse on our planet, I don't think it will cause mass extinction. Don't let fear ruin your day!

time flows in a certain direction, or particles paths predetermined from the day of the big bang. thus the world has always been ending, and free will is an illusion. I think that the earths particles will all randomly blink out of existence at random one day. statistically improbable but fun to think about. here we are walking around and poof, no more earth.

For you, personally, the world ends when you die.

For everyone else, you could argue that when life is done... 500 million or a billion years from now... the world is 'over.'

The Earth itself... 3 or 4 billion years from now, when the Sun becomes a red giant.

Nobody knows. Nobody will ever know, until it happens. It could be tomorrow, and it could be in 2 million years. Besides, maybe it won't end. Maybe an asteroid will hit and wipe out 95% of life. Then your left with 5% Do you see where this is going? So now the life on earth consists of locust, bees, ants, worms, lizards, and so on. Maybe a new dinosaur age.

According to the indians of south america...sometime in December 2012.

But scientifically, if humans don't kill the world via nuclear war, the sun is supposed to begin to die in 5 billion years or so (give or take a couple million). When the sun begins to lose fuel, it will expand and become a red giant, engulfing the earth. Hopefully humanity has colonized other solar systems!

According to Isaac Newton the world will end in 2060. He apparently read the bible and figured out something from there. He especially readi the book of Daniel and that somehow gave it away. research it.
