A White guy in a plain white room sitting on a chair or something playing like bongos or lil drums that could sit on his lap. i want to say its from the 80's
If memory serves me right it was around the same time frame that Paula Abdule sang with that cat...(two steps forward two steps back)
I know its not much to work with but if someone could help me i would greatly appriciate it

Sounds like "You Can Call Me Al" by Paul Simon...Chevy Chase appeared in it. If that isn't it, also try "Everlasting Love" by Howard Jones, that came out the same year that Paula Abdul did.
