Chicken enchiladas with a zesty, thick white wine sauce heaped with fresh avocado guacamole, home made cherry cheese cake (the recipe without eggs that has cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and sweetened, condensed milk) and a giant Kahlua and cream!
