I need to know the answer to the question and where you got the information from...please help me!!!!

Well because the moon's light is just a reflection of the sun's rays, then sure, I think all plants/algae/etc. that use photosynthesis can utilize the light from the moon, although this light is obviously much less bright and photosynthesis would be vastly inferior to daylight photosynthesis...but yeah I think so.

No, moonlight is too dim for plants to carry out photosynthesis. Besides, plants have all day to do photosynthesis.
