My husband bought 2 homes and they sold and cleared his Va certificate. We are seniors now and want to know if we may purchase another. What would be the minium purchase price.?

There is no age limit. And there is no minimum purchase price either.

Your VA COE (certificate of eligibility) will not expire. You are able to apply for a VA loan no minimum purchase price, but there is a CAP on the loan amount. $ 417,000 or lower.

My guess is that your husband must be at least 18 years old. Check his birth certificate, and if he meets that criteria, you're good to go! Congrats on your new home!
