Awwww. Life just isn't the same without Delilah, I'll bet. I'm glad we still have her in Massachusetts!

Delilah is national and syndicated and she just wasn't pulling the numbers (ratings and revenue) that are necessary in a market the size of Chicago (#3 in the nation).
I heard about the change last week and have been waiting for someone to write in and complain.
Give the new guy a chance. He's local and, once the Xmas promtion is over, i think you might like him.
If not, there are several stations where you can listen to D on the internet. use your favorite search engine or check the site below.

The guy they have is so much better than Delilah. He is a friend of mine. I work at the station he used to work at here in Ohio and now we have to suffer with Delilah. Jon is "local"
and much easier to get on the phone. Delilah is sitting in a studio in Seattle, WA and hard to get hold of on the phone.
I like Jon and I don't like Delilah. I don't like her opinions or her lifestyle. The all Christmas music gets serious ratings!!

radio changes a lot. it has to do with monetary exchanges, ratings, cost value analysis, etc. delilah is getting a bit staid. and she isn't local. and she isn't live either. it's all pre-produced stuff. basically you can just record one of her shows, and play it back everyday and it's the same.
