I would ensure the security of every person.

Every person would have the essentials for life.

Every freedom would be earned by attending to these responsibilities.

The wealth of any family would be limited to 10 times the average.

Any public statements would be required to have detailed proof.

No organised religion. None. If people want to believe in Buddha or Yahweh, that's fine and they will not be persecuted, but they can not use their religion as an excuse for crimes, violent acts or statements. There will be no hierarchy in religion, no papacy, no grand dragons, nothing.
All races would be deemed equal, both genders, sexual proclivities and political views would all be considered equal and education at a young age would focus on fairness and kindness before anything else.
Sure it's immensely flawed, but so was Plato's, so there you go.

I would change people who think their religion is the best. The standard of living in poor cities. Reduce cost of house, food and clothing. Abolish illness and death.
