Who do you think should have won Next Iron Chef?

Symon's great but BESH was the clear winner! He just didn't get the title. Food Network obviously thinks (foolishly) that viewers would prefer Symon's tv personae over the deserving and personable Chef Besh. What do you think?

I think Symon has that edge that the producers were looking for. When he's good he's very good. Besh was just Mr. Consistent all along. What excitement is there in knowing that he is always going to put out a good dish?

I agree, I thought Besh did a better job just based upon plating and his attitude. He also seemed to enjoy the challenge and was more creative.

Maybe he was too much of the "jokester" for the Food Network where they want an Iron Chef to be more serious, hence Symon.

I think that they were both very good. At the start of the show Besh was my choice to win. I still think he should have won. But hey, Who am I to judge. I didn't eat the food. All I know is that if I have to Symon's laugh. I hope I don't go nuts.

Besh was arrogant, kind of boring, and kind of uptight. He also constantly reminded everyone of his Louisiana roots - kind of playing off the New Orleans trend. Symon was creative and had fun with what he did. He had a great personality and didn't limit himself to one cuisine, as Besh tended to do. I think it's pretty obvious why Symon won, and I'm glad he did.

Besh was good but its all about the personality for TV so Symon is the one.

I was wanting Chef Simon to win- But I have seen Besh on Iron chef competitions-- so he will be back!! Both are excellent chef's and can cook for me anyday!
