The simplest way to perfect clean whites is to wash them with eachother and nothing else. I separate darks, mediums/brights, and whites into their own washing loads to keep everything looking as bright as when I bought it.
Also, you shouldn't use bleach unless there is a stain, because bleach often yellows whites out.

Never ever mix with any colors is the first rule. Then add bleach and detergent to hot water.

Really dirty white clothes
Pre-wash first as normal with stain remover,bleach
Normal wash hot water with foca detergent.
