i have been the same bra size for the past 2 years and i am only 14 does this mean i am done growing?

it is possible. i stopped growing at age 13 with a 36C. was that size until I was 28 when I gained some weight and went up to a 38C.

lots of things can make your breast grow. having a child, weight gain/loss can make your chest change and grow or shrink. there is not preset size for your body.

It depends on the individual. A lot of my friends grew a lot in high school (as far as cup size), but I didn't - I got all I have by the time I was 13.
