Yeah, I got pulled over for a traffic stop and had a failure to appear warrant for not going to court for my son missing too much school. By the time I finally went to court over it, the person from the school didnt bother to show up at court and the case was dismissed, so I actually got arrested and went to jail, (finger prints, mug shot and everything) for nothing. It sucked

Yes I did when i was 36 and it was the first time. I got arrested for discharging a fire arm in city limits. Get this i shot a Paintball Gun in my Yard at My Garage to make sure it was working good !!!!!!!!!

yes, arrested, trial, convicted, and served 4 years in prison for felonious assault.. my husband and some guy were in a fight, and i saw the guy punch my husband in the face and i got a club out of my car and beat the guy over the head with it.. bad mistake, i didn't really think i would have to do prison time over it, but i did.. it was pure hell... i had to do every single day of my 4 year sentence... i just got out July 26 of 2006

Got cuffed & stuffed once. Turned out to be a mistaken identity on a failure to appear warrant.
I was able to prove I was in another state at the date & time the citation was written.
Still scary though.

Not yet and hopefully never will.
I think the cops sometimes get it wrong. Okay they usually get the bad guy too but sometimes they make a mistake.
