you can get battery tenders designed for bikes on line at JC whitney, J&P CYCLE or DENNIS KIRK or you can go to any motorcycle shop. But in the end, it sounds like you have either a battery or an electrical issue that needs to be addressed.
Good luck

Just about anywhere that sells lead acid batteries.
The thing you want to keep in mind is that most small cycle batteries will only handle up to a 2amp charge rate. This is the trickle rate of most car batteries. You can find these type of chargers at places like Wal-Mart, Pep Boys, Auto Zone, etc. I have one that will charge at 2,4,or 6 amps. This way I can use it for either my car OR my bikes.
Most cycles chargers charge at a normal rate of 1amp, and trickle at .5amp. Most of these are small and resemble power packs such as your cell phone charger. There are some rated at a continuous 1 amp, some at a continuous .5amp, and some that will charge at 1 amp until full charge is reached, then switch to .5 amps to maintain the charge.
It all depends on what you want, and how much you want to spend.
These chargers can be found at most cycle shops. Any place that sells motorcycle batteries, Wal-Mart, http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/common/Frontpage.jsp , http://www.bikebandit.com/partsbandit/ , http://www.jcwhitney.com/Motorcycle-Parts/10111.jcw .

Bought my battery tender at Sears, because it was a lot more reasonable than others I looked at. Came with plug in that attaches to the battery and remains on there. Whenever the bike's going to sit for more than a few days, I plug it in. Got four years outta my last new battery...
