LIGHT and artificial light?

are there similar properties between artificial light (lightbulb) and sunlight?

Plants grow the same in either, so there must be similar properties.

Of course, there are similarities. Visible light only falls within a certain range of wavelengths. Sunlight is likely to have some wavelengths that artificial light does not have.
