i was putting roof on, whitout gloves. and now i feel alot of little spines in my hands that wont come off!!! ugh!!! help

Long cold shower.
The cold water tightens your pores so the fibers can release. however painful, do not take a warm shower. Warm water will loosen your pores and you will be itching for a while.

You have probably already tried washing with warm water. That does not work. I use duct tape or some other sticky tape to remove the itchy stuff. wrap around one hand and just dab it off .

Go the doctor you probably need to have a little bit of surgery to remove and close up wound.
