Hello, on windows go to start then control panel then classic view(for xp or vista) the click on mouse. After that you will get a small window where you can change that mouse setting.

cl Settings
cl Control Panel
double-cl Mouse
at the top, left of the first window, click in the box to "switch the primary and secondary buttons."

Change from Left-Handed to Right Handed
