its probably a bit late now, but next time you cant sleep, let me know... and i will come over and give it to you !

if you fancy it that is, i wouldnt wanna seem like i am pushing you.... but it does work like a charm..

Its only 7:23 here. But Good 4 you . Giving up smoking is a great acomplishment. Just think that the reason that you cant sleep is because you are doing something right 4 your body. Dont smoke .

I can't sleep either had bad news today, my mum is moving over 400 miles away to be with her boyfiend, she's the only family I got really so a bit sad right now. I could do with taking up smoking right now lol!

I've ran out of sheep to count so I need ideas on how to get to sleep!

Well it is now 12.50 am in Dublin and I am now going to have a Mug of Green Tea and go to Bed and Read the Epoch Times, it is a free Newspaper given out in Supermarkets and produced in Canada. Good Night Pleasant Dreams.

Yes try a big cup of hot chocolate, that should help you to fall asleep. Good work on quitting smoking.

Im gonna give up on saturday... not looking forward to it!!

My suggestion to you would be open a window and catch a couple of lungfulls of fresh air - that might knock you out for the night! if not it certainly destrsses you a bit ( i used it last time I tried giving up)

Do more Yahoo! Answers. Read your Bible. Look at an old movie, listen to music, read a nice book. Make breakfast or lunch or supper.

Try a hot chocolate/horlicks drink and reading a book in bed. Good luck it is for the best. ( I still smoke and really must join you in giving up).
