If your ever so sad, or depressed. Like you don't want to go to school because kids are making fun of you, or your parents are being annoying, and screaming at you, just think, worst things have happened to people. Examples, Anne Frank, she went through so much, she had no friends, except for "Kitty," she was a very strange girl, and she starved to death, and got beat in the holocaust, or Kurt Cobain, SEVERE DEPRESSION, he went through the rough of the rough times.
Just think of that. This actually works for me.

VERY good advice. Yes, we could be so much worse off than we are. We need to be thankful for what we have. A simple thing like toilet paper comes in sooooo handy. Seriously. I am of the older generation and life has progressed so very much just in my lifetime but the youth of today seemingly are not thankful--just depressed. Thank you.
