Only when hell freezes over, ever read "Bear and the Dragon"? There are too many historical and present differences to make any alliances between those two nations ally. Granted, if it did WWIII would be right around the corner, but it won't happen.

Russia and China can make you losting your jobs.
But Russia and China at most a partnership which is different from U.S. and Britain.
In Revelation chapter 13, there was a beast having seven heads and ten horns. It representing the Global unification based on economies. (seven heads connecting to one body with one stomach).
