Do you qualify for FMLA? If yes, are you still within the time frame allowed by the FMLA? I would contact your state labor department and ask them.

Only if you can prove the motivation for your dismissal was whollly or partly related to your disability. It's a difficult thing to prove. Compainies all know how to get around the protective status of disability, race, creed, religion, etc. They can fire you, and come up with another reason for doing so. One example is company restructuring.
Then, they fire away!
If you feel you have a case you can prove, and even if you don't, you might do well to talk to an attorney. At least you'd know what your rights are and if you have a case.
I live in a "right to work" state which means no one has a right to work! A company can fire you for any reason. It's just that big companies come up with a good reason so they don't look bad.

Good luck. I hope you find a better job. Maybe it's best this happened. This might just be the window of opportunity you need to get something bigger and better.

Yes they can if you aren't on FMLA leave. If you qualify for FMLA, your job can be protected for up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave.
