What, the actual plaques?
Typically either at the BBWAA Winter Dinner of their local chapter, if they choose to attend (or the NY dinner, which is always the big one), or at or soon after the home opener of the 2008 season.

They have just been anounced. The American League winner was Dustin Pedroia and the National League winner was Ryan Braun.

I think they hand them the award on opening day of next season if memory serves me right.
