I have ongoing stomach upset. Sometimes w/gas, sometimes just sort of ache, sometimes slightly nauseas.

Have been checked, nothing...no IBS, not anything serious......

What do you use to settle your stomaches? Specifics please! Thanks.

no, do not induce vomiting! go to a doctor and get it checked out. I recently had reocurring cramps and my dad is a gastroenterologist (digestive system doctor) and he told me it was because I was constipated and I realized that I didn't crap for a while! But if that's not what you have, then just see a doctor!

Peppermint. It cures a lot of stomach problems and helps a lot with the nausea

Ginger tea, candied ginger, ginger root, and peppermint . Try to stay away from acidic foods until you feel better.
Enzymes are great to take with your meals. They will help you digest your food. Go to the health food store and ask them about bromelain, papaya and their are others.

I always use a heating pad or drink a glass of milk...might work for you too.. Good Luck
