It should not hurt as bad as the first time. My girlfriend second time did not hurt at all with me. But the first time i had to be slow and very soft with her. But the second time i could be a little faster and rougher but not much. She was still very tight and it still kinda hurt her.
I would be careful. And listen to her. If she is feeling pain calm down and go slower.

as long as she's relaxed and comfortable with it, it can hurt anytime with no forplay or if your tensed up.
