It might seem like there is an obvious answer but each year I have the same problem. I have an aluminium framed greenhouse and each year, I affix the bubblewrap between the glass and the frame area and add some tape but as the winter months pass and with usage, the bubblewrap eventually falls out of the frame. So any ideas of a better way to fix the bubblewrap. Thanks.

Have you thaugh about using velcro? You can glue the fuzzy part to the frame with something like liquid nails or other construction glue then use loop tape on the bubble wrap.

I never try to cover the door, bubblewrap falls off, make a curtain affair just inside the greenhouse door from the roof, allow a good drop and overlap.

you could try double sided sticky tape, the type used for floor covering.
