Senator Barack Obama, Governor Bill Richardson, Senator Hillary Clinton and Ruth Harkin stand during the national anthem. Barack Hussein Obama's photo (that's his real name)......the article said he REFUSED TO NOT ONLY PUT HIS HAND ON HIS HEART DURING THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, BUT REFUSED TO SAY THE PLEDGE.....how in the hell can a man like this expect to be our next Commander-in-Chief????
This is from a email I received, It's not my thoughts, I just wanted to see other peoples input.

aFirst this country was founded on freedom of religion. But Obam is a Christian not Muslim. He was actually raised by his Atheist Mother.
I am a Veteran and we Stood at attention for the national Anthem, but only covered our heart for the Pledge of Allegiance so I see nothing wrong with that.
As for His middle name, If that is your justification for not voting for someone PLEASE stay away from the poles, you obviously don't have a High enough IQ to vote.
My middle name is LEE, that doesn't mean I am going to fire up the Confederacy and break from the Union does it?

EDIT: I saw the email you speak of it was propaganda-i saw it Thursday I think. It said Pledge of Allegiance, but I saw the original video of the ceremony, and it was the National Anthem being sung HORRIBLY (sounded like a cat being strangled) so the Email was nothing more than idiotic propaganda, aimed at steering you away from the real issues. Anyone who would use those tactics, I am suspicious of. and you should be too. The part where they specifically addressed his middle name of all things should tell you what they are all about. Use your brain, don't fall for childish propaganda like that.

I wouldn't, he's made racist speeches and he used to have a racist web page. If he was to ever be elected, there would probably be an attempt or a success on taking his life.

Didn't you love the speech he made when he said there would be racial riots if he wasn't elected?

I'm sorry but I have to insert this:

Why is it that people on this board THINK that the National Guard isn't a part of the military? They are just as much the military as is the Army or the Navy. They were created to defend this country in case the enemy gets through when we are at war. That's the reason they are called the NATIONAL GUARD. So the jerkoffs that made comment about a certain person joining the National Guard to get out of Vietnam really don't know what the hell they are talking about. They are whinner babies at best.

If you go to a baseball game, and the National Anthem is being sung, how many people do you see with their hand over their heart?
ALMOST NO ONE!!!! You cover your heart during the Pledge of Allegiance. People generally bow their heads during the Star Spangled Banner.

I wish there were more true Americans out there.

I can't fault someone for not placing their hand over their heart.

But i can be a true American and make sure i don't vote for them.

If you are not willing to defend your country, you are not a true American. If you are not willing to tighten the boarder, you are not a true American. If you are not willing to stand up and protect our American culture, language, and rights, you are not a true American. If you support illegals, then you also support what 80% of Americans do not. We can argue over something so trivial as where George Bush was during Vietnam, or argue over what is good for America's future. I vote for the future!

Yes, I am a true American.

It's hard not to judge other people. It really is frowned upon...just be ready to be judged yourself by others.

I don't care if he Muslim, black, white, purple with spots. If he won't have the common decency to render honors to the national anthem, he has no business trying to be elected Prez.

As for all those dolts who don't do the same at ball games...they aren't running for office, and should be ashamed of thier lack of manners and proper etiquette !

True American. I am genuinely concerned, worried about my country, and am willing to do whatever I can to help turn it in the right direction.

And I am certainly not the kind of person/American to vote for Obama....
