If you mean this year, its probably got to be Cam Cameron, Dolphins...no wins yet...At least the Rams got a win...

I would say Cam Cameron but the fish were and are so undermanned it is easy to fail. Throw in the injuries and you have the Dolphins as the only team in history to have BOTH undefeated and winless seasons.
Instead I'm going to with bill Belichick....I know, I know he's not a one year coach. It's just that it's so fashionable to talk sh-t about him that I figured...why not?!

last year eric mangenious was clearly a one hit wonder, unless his strategy for this year was to get the #1 draft pik cause their 1st in the AFC if thats the case... o and also vilma and coleman have requested to be traded becuase they refuse to play for mangini... and they are the 2 best players on a division worst defense! awesome

Well...Aside from Tomlin and Phillips......the others are all pretty obvious disasters.......But I will say that Lane Kiffin or Bobby Petrino was the most Over-Hyped first year coach........the biggest screw-up would have to be Cam Cameron and his Dolphins.........
(Second year coaches are more fun to pick on...like Manweenie)

I don't know, but the most under appreciated is Mike McCarthy. The Packers have won their last 12 out of 13 regular season games, and I haven't heard his name once on the national level (extra coverage).
To most NFL fans if you mention the name McCarthy they have no idea who you're talking about.

Last year it was Sean Payton (went to the playoffs thanks to being in the NFC and having a joke schedule).
